Happy Monday!

Breathe.

A lot has been going on and I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up, just been overwhelmed with it all and exhausted.
- Charlie is now 18.
- Daven was Promoted from 8th Grade.
- I am now 36.

But at least I have my medication again so things should be looking up. 🤞

The Healing PTSD event starts today, seemingly conveniently. 🧐

Took a nap.
My body doesn't actually play well with naps. 😥

Luckily no city meetings today.
