Yes, I'm a Monday-person, whatever that means.. XD
I managed to eat within a half hour of waking up today!
Well, I usually don't because I take my medication when I get up and have to wait a half hour before eating but I'm out of that at the moment, which reminds me, I need to call the doctor and get that refilled..
Also, what I ate was leftover Strawberry Cheesecake pudding I made on-stream on Saturday. XD
Apparently the After-Care recovery group is no longer a thing.. but a peer group is in the works!?!
I mean, I thought it was a peer group? For "after care"? But okay, sign me up.
So I came home and did my first set of exercise routine's with the XBox360 Kinect's Your Shape: Fitness Evolved classes, After Baby: Toning and Cardio Boxing: Silver, the entire class instead.
Haha, that was a joke. I would've done that anyway! XD
What to do, what to do?
- For a snack I had a handful of an anti-oxidant mix of nuts and fruits, and jerky.
- I made my bed, forgot to earlier. Darn that Google Home Mini distracting me with music. *sweat_smile*
- Logged back on to Duolingo and finished a lesson in Japanese!
- Talked with a domestic violence support facilitator about bringing a group to my area; Finally!!
And done; the YS:FE Cardio Boxing: Gold (entire class) and NerdFitness Beginner Bodyweight Workout.
I feel empowered today. ;)
